Prices
Each assignment we receive is unique. Therefore, the cost
of using The Office Assistant
is determined after a detailed consultation and assessment
of YOUR needs.
Keep in mind that by using The
Office Assistant you do not have any start-up
or training expenses! Nor do you have to invest in extra
office space, equipment or software. Moreover, there are
also no expenses usually associated with hiring, training,
and retraining temporary or full-time assistants.
You only pay for the actual time worked when you utilise
the services of The Office Assistant.
There are three ways to contract our services:
- A Retainer Contract
This contract guarantees you a minimum number of hours
per month. There is a minimum 3-month commitment
- A Special Projects Contract
For special assignments with a specific length of time
- A Pay-as-you-go Contract
Just as is says: you pay for the number of hours that
it takes to complete your assignment
