The Office Assistant is a South African based virtual assistance business, founded in 2006.  We take great pride in working with clients all over the world, supporting them with their varied administrative tasks.

We assist solopreneurs, small businesses owners and individuals with their administrative and secretarial tasks so you have time to do business. The company has been in existence since 2006 and has a steadily increasing client base!

How do we work?

By working off-site as virtual assistants, we help you with a multitude of tasks.  This means that we do not come into your office, but do all your assignments using modern technology and communications methods!

Your assignments can be simple ones, from typing a letter to scheduling your appointments and managing your client database.  But if you are struggling with your social media presence or need a transcription done, we can help too. We organise webinars and events, help with website  maintenance and upload content and … and much, much more.

Taking admin tasks off your hands will give you the time, energy and attention to focus on the things you love doing;  working with your clients!
