How do we work?
First of all, as virtual assistants, we work from our own office, in order to help you with a multitude of tasks. We do all your tasks and assignments using modern technology and communications methods!
Secondly, no matter which admin tasks you need done, we can do it! Your assignments can be simple ones: typing a letter to scheduling your appointments or managing your client database. We set up and maintain your social media so your service or product is spread out into the wider world. How about those audio recording of meetings, interviews or, even confidential sessions? We can transcribe them, so you have hard copies for your records. Furthermore, if you need a professional PowerPoint presentation for a talk or meeting, we can create one for you. And, in addition, we organise webinars and events, help with website maintenance and upload content; set up a sales funnel… and much, much more.
